Mr. Cancel served as a law clerk at the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico. His practice has focused primarily on litigation and transactional commercial matters.
Mr. Cancel's litigation and transactions experience includes alternative dispute resolution and litigation in a variety of commercial matters before federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies, and legal work on a variety of corporate matters.
He participates in transactions and litigation in the areas of construction, surety bonds, finance, telecommunications, labor, mergers and acquisitions, inheritance and succession, among others.
