Pedro Pumarada

Pedro Pumarada

Legal Counsel

Mr. Pumarada has experience in most aspects of employment law. He has represented numerous employers, both large and small. His practice includes litigation before federal and Puerto Rico courts, as well as before administrative agencies. He has advised employers on wage and hour issues under federal and Puerto Rico laws, as well as other employee benefits matters.

He has experience before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) in unfair labor practice proceedings, as well as in the negotiation and administration of collective bargaining agreements. He also offers consulting services to employers on matters related to Equal Employment Opportunity and has experience litigating these issues.

Prior to 2008, Mr. Pumarada was a partner at Fiddler, González y Rodríguez, where he focused exclusively on employment law matters, until he joined our firm to serve the needs of our clients in this field.
